Learn how to communicate about succession within your family and also the legal, taxation and financial implications. The Succession Conversation provides training seminars and courses on succession planning. Seminars can be designed for groups of farmers or small enterprise owners.

The Succession Conversation organised and delivered a training workshop for Kerry County Enterprise Board on September 16th. The workshop included inputs from a local solicitor and tax advisor on the legal and tax implications on succession planning. Mary Carroll discussed the issue of 'Starting the succession conversation' and gave useful tips and advice on how to get started. How to communicate with your family about succession planning was a key part of the training session.
The reaction was excellent with the attendance of small business owners finding it very useful and helpful.
